It's important to emphasize what first pixels is not. We are not a tech repair service center endlessly fixing broken hardware and software. We exist to empower entrepreneurs to build the skills that will allow them to fix their own software. That's not as impossible as it sounds.

Tech problems tend to compound over time. You might have an error message that your hard drive is full. You're not sure what it means or what to do, so you ignore it. Then your computer begins to run more slowly. Other strange things start happening, and the small issues build until it seems like nothing works properly.

We help business owners reset their tech, then address the inevitable issues as they arise. That does require fixing issues, so we offer remote login and troubleshooting. It's important to highlight that it doesn't end there.
